ANNOUNCEMENT
ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The Paraguay Kansas Committee convenes an Ordinary General Assembly to be held on Saturday, May 20 of this year, at the offices of the Paraguay Kansas Committee – International Alliance Office, located in Legión Civil Extranjera and Las Palmeras – Barrio Recoleta, Asunción, Paraguay.
ORDEN DEL DIA
- Reading and Approval of the 2022 Report
- Reading and Approval of the Balance Sheet and Table of Results 2022
- Reading of the Statutory Auditor’s Report
- Election of Authorities 2023- 2025
- Election of Statutory Auditor and substitute statutory auditor
- Election of members of the Electoral Tribunal
First Call: 09:00 a.m., if the legal quorum is not available for the set time, the Assembly will validly begin on second call 60 minutes later (10:00 a.m.), regardless of the number of members present. Only members up to date with their membership fees may have the right to vote.
